RP-A/RP-B mayor a 1,5. Esta última obtenida
por técnica de Western Blot (WB). Los pacien-
tes deben poseer además Performance Status
(PS) 0-1, y adecuada función de órganos y sis-
temas. No deben poseer otra enfermedad on-
cológica activa (se excluyen tumores cutáneos
no melanomas) y deberán firmar consentimien-
to informado.
Se excluirán pacientes que no reúnan las
condiciones anteriores; y, además: pacientes
con asma; infección por virus de inmunodefi-
ciencia humana (VIH), Hepatitis B o C; u otra
condición clínica que exija el uso de corticoi-
des en forma crónica (dado el efecto antigluco-
corticoide de la MFP); hipersensibilidad conoci-
da a la MFP.
